2025 Project Report Summary

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

UCAP supports the Ukrainian Charity Foundation Children of Heroes in its mission to assist children who have lost one or both of their parents due to the war in Ukraine. This initiative provides critical resources to help these children and their guardians rebuild their lives by offering psychological rehabilitation, educational support, medical care, and humanitarian aid.

As part of our commitment, UCAP has contributed funding for 100 laptops to teens who have lost a parent in the war. This helps support 30% of the teens helped by the organization needing educational devices this year. Access to technology is essential for education, communication, and future opportunities, especially for displaced children facing disruptions in their learning. These laptops will help recipients continue their education, develop new skills, and stay connected with their support networks.

Educational resources remain urgent for the children and families under the Foundation’s care, including many who remain internally displaced. By equipping these young people with the tools they need, we are investing in their future and ensuring they have the opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive despite the ongoing challenges.
