PROGRAM OVERVIEW
December 2025: In cooperation with the Charitable Organization SpivDiia Charity Foundation, UCAP is providing critical winter assistance to families affected by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine’s Kharkiv and Sumy regions. Continued attacks have damaged homes and disrupted access to heating, electricity, and food, leaving many households, especially those with children, highly vulnerable during the winter months.
The project delivers essential food supplies and warm blankets to families living in frontline and recently de-occupied communities, working in close coordination with local authorities and community partners to ensure safe and transparent distribution. Through this program, 500 vulnerable families will receive timely support during the winter months, improving food security, reducing exposure to cold, and strengthening local humanitarian response capacity.
