PROGRAM OVERVIEW
UCAP supports the professional development of K–12 science teachers across Ukraine through intensive training in modern teaching methods, hands-on science education, curriculum development, assessment strategies, and emerging technologies. The program equips educators with practical skills and resources they can bring directly into their classrooms, while expanding access to high-quality professional development for teachers from rural, frontline, and eastern regions of Ukraine. As Ukraine continues to modernize its educational system amid the ongoing war, this work helps strengthen the quality and resilience of science education for future generations.
